Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year B2B account management, inside sales (phone-based) and/or customer service with a sales component.

• Uses change management processes to meet sales role demands.
• Allocates time to retention and acquisition goals and opportunities.
• Explores alternatives to reach mutually beneficial sales agreements.

• Analyzes reports and handles general administrative duties as needed.
