Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) is seeking a Small Meeting Manager / Generalist for a virtual role, supporting Life Sciences meetings in a fast-paced, regulatory environment. You will manage from kickoff to closeout, including venue sourcing, registrations and onsite delivery, ensuring an exceptional attendee experience.

The role requires organized, solution‑oriented individuals who can communicate clearly with clients and suppliers, handle budgets, and travel 25–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated meetings.
• Familiarity with TOV/Transparency reporting and audit-ready documentation.
• Comfort using registration platforms, meeting websites, and event technology tools.
• Experience with post-event reconciliation, invoice review, and budget closeout.
• Service-minded with ability to create polished attendee experiences under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing small meetings from start to finish while keeping timelines, budgets, and details on track.
• Working in a structured, compliance‑focused Life Sciences environment where accuracy and follow‑through matter.
• Handling venue sourcing, registration, delegate communications, and onsite logistics with confidence.
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams through clear, proactive communication.
• Staying calm under pressure, solving problems quickly, and juggling multiple deadlines without missing a beat.
