Job summary

Nexis Solutions, part of LexisNexis and the RELX family, seeks a Small Business Relationship Manager to protect and grow revenue within an assigned customer portfolio. You will build consultative relationships, identify expansion opportunities, drive retention strategies, and maximize the value of Nexis solutions through proactive engagement.

You will use Salesforce, Gong, and Tableau to inform strategy, develop account plans, and deliver strategic presentations to high-level decision makers

Qualifications

• Equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in B2B sales with complex products or solutions.
• Solid strategic account planning and penetration skills.
• In depth industry knowledge and quick LN product understanding.
• Experience in a matrixed corporate environment.
• Familiarity with AI, Windows, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop ways to meet and exceed yearly sales targets.
• Exceed weekly activity objectives to support customer growth.
• Develop strategic account plans for customers to promote growth and reduce cancels.
• Create risk, sales retention and penetration strategies to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate resources (technical, product, marketing, pricing) to secure business.
• Build relationships with high level decision makers across the customer base.
• Lead appointments, consultations and group presentations.
• Demonstrate LexisNexis solutions and competitive products to drive value.
