Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Small Business Relationship Manager to protect and grow revenue across an assigned portfolio. You will build consultative relationships, identify opportunities for expansion, drive retention strategies, and help customers maximize the value of Nexis solutions through proactive engagement and strategic account management.

In this role you will use tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Tableau to analyze usage, manage resources, and engage high‑level

Qualifications

Equivalent professional experience in B2B sales or related field.
Proven ability to plan accounts and drive revenue growth.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

Develop ways to meet and exceed yearly sales targets.
Exceed weekly activity objectives to support growth of customers.
Develop strategic account plans for customers to promote growth and reduce cancels.
Create risk, sales retention and penetration strategies using analytics and tools.
Manage and deploy resources to secure business with support teams.
Develop contacts with high level decision makers to expand across accounts.
Execute appointments, consultations, and group presentations.
Develop understanding of LexisNexis solutions and competitive products.
