Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Small Business Relationship Manager to protect and grow revenue within a defined customer portfolio. You will build consultative relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and drive retention by delivering value through Nexis solutions and proactive account management.

You will create strategic account plans, engage senior decision makers, and coordinate cross-functional resources to maximize revenue and reduce churn.

Qualifications

• Equivalent professional experience in B2B sales and account management.
• Proven ability to develop strategic account plans and penetration strategies.
• Experience using Salesforce, Gong and Tableau for sales analytics.
• Experience working in a matrixed corporate environment.
• Understanding of AI, data-driven selling and customer-centric value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop ways to meet and exceed yearly sales targets.
• Exceed weekly activity objectives to grow customer revenue.
• Create strategic account plans for all customers in your territory.
• Position Nexis to maximize revenue with risk, retention and penetration strategies.
• Coordinate resources (technical, product, marketing, pricing) to win business.
• Build relationships with senior decision makers to broaden engagements.
• Lead first appointments, advancing appointments, closing sessions and group presentations.
• Develop knowledge of LexisNexis information solutions and competitive products.
