Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, seeks a Small Business Relationship Manager to protect and grow revenue within an assigned customer portfolio, building consultative relationships and driving expansion through proactive engagement.

You will develop strategic account plans, use tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Tableau, and coordinate resources to maximize value of Nexis solutions, engaging high-level decision makers and delivering group presentations.

Qualifications

Equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in B2B sales of complex products.
Strong strategic account planning and penetration skills.
In depth knowledge of LN products and services.
Experience in a matrixed corporate environment.
Understanding of AI, Windows XP, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
Documented history of sales overachievement.
Strong time management, organizational and forecasting skills.
Strong business acumen to impact revenue and customer measures.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed yearly sales targets.
Exceed weekly activity objectives to grow our customers.
Develop strategic account plans to promote growth and reduce cancels.
Create risk, retention and penetration strategies using analytics and AI insights.
Coordinate resources to secure the business (support, pricing, marketing).
Build relationships with high level decision makers to expand across accounts.
Lead appointments and presentations with customers.
Develop deep understanding of LexisNexis solutions to demonstrate value.
