Parallel is hiring 3 full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year. This fully remote role serves middle and high school students with IEP-aligned therapy, assessments, and case management.

You’ll work 35 hours per week during standard school hours, with a sign-on bonus and onboarding stipend. Licensure in TN/OH/WV/LA and a Tennessee Compact Privilege are required or achievable.

Formación

• Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Active SLP license in TN, OH, WV, or LA.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Tennessee DOE credential.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time school-based IEP-directed therapy and evaluations.
• 2+ years of experience preferred for case management.
• Demonstrated expertise in IEP process and evaluation reporting.
• Tech-savvy with virtual telehealth platforms and digital documentation.
• Availability for 35 hours per week during standard school hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide student-centered, IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy sessions to middle and high school students.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments leveraging Parallel’s tools.
• Lead IEP meetings and provide case management for Speech Only students.
• Partner with school teams to design and monitor IEPs.
• Track session data and progress, delivering detailed progress reports.
• Deliver state-specific services including AAC support, screenings, and SLPA supervision as needed.
