Job summary

Parallel is hiring three full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based telepractice for the 2026–2027 year. Roles are fully remote with 35 hours/week, serving middle and high school students, about 55 per SLP, via 30-minute sessions.

Eligible candidates include CCC-SLPs licensed in TN/OH/WV/LA or eligible for the Tennessee ASLP-IC Compact privilege. The position offers a 1099 option with $52/hour and potential W-2 options depending on licenses and district needs, plus a $500

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP required.
• Active SLP license in TN, OH, WV, or LA or eligible for TN Compact Privilege.
• TN DOE credential required.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time school-based IEP therapy experience; 2+ years preferred for case management.
• Experience with Medicaid billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual speech therapy aligned with IEP for middle/high school students.
• Conduct speech-language assessments and write reports using Clinical Test Library and Report Writer.
• Lead IEP meetings and manage cases for Speech-Only students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and monitor IEPs.
• Track data, progress, and prepare progress reports for reporting cycles.
• Deliver state-specific services including AAC support and SLPA supervision as needed.
