You’ll use patient usage information, coaching techniques, and your knowledge of sleep therapy to understand each patient’s needs and provide practical solutions. You’ll also help patients understand their therapy, insurance requirements, equipment care, mobile resources, and future resupply needs. This is a remote-based position that is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating one-on-one, and helping patients take an active role in their health.
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder. This position also may require the occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs.
