WellSky is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls for CPAP supply reorders. The role emphasizes promoting CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while communicating confidently over the phone. Remote, full-time position with equipment shipped to home prior to start date.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
• Remote, full-time position with compliant security practices.

Responsabilités

• Contact assigned patients quarterly to facilitate CPAP supply reorders and boost 50% reorder rate while ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
• Promote replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters with target mix to include a mask in 80% of orders and seals in 75%.
• Use outreach strategies to assess patient usage and satisfaction to maximize engagement in the S3 program.
• Verify and update patient records, including insurance details, to keep data current.
• Maintain professionalism and promptly return voicemails within two hours; uphold high phone etiquette and positive relationships.
• Process orders using client-specific procedures and systems; perform other duties as assigned.
