Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound patient calls and facilitate CPAP supply reorders. The role focuses on promoting CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance and high patient satisfaction in a fully remote, full-time setting.

The Sleep Coach will promote replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters, with performance targets on orders that include a mask.

Qualifications

• Must have a GED or High School Diploma.
• Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote and sell CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention.
• Efficiently navigate the platform to process orders according to client procedures.
• Promptly return voicemails within two hours and maintain professional phone etiquette.
