Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls, promote CPAP supplies, and ensure patient satisfaction and retention. You will work from home in a full-time role, with equipment shipped prior to start date and pay starting at $15 per hour.

After one year, pay increases to $16 per hour. You will promote masks, cushions, seals, and filters, while hitting targets such as 80% of orders including a mask and 75% including seals.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable communicating confidently over the phone.
• Experience or ability to conduct outbound calls and promote products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote replacement CPAP masks, cushions, seals, and filters with defined adoption targets.
• Assess patient usage and satisfaction to maximize engagement in the S3 program.
• Process orders efficiently according to client procedures.
• Respond to voicemails within two hours and maintain professional patient relationships.
