WellSky is seeking a remote, full-time Sleep Coach to conduct outbound calls to patients, promote CPAP products, and manage reorders with a focus on compliance, satisfaction, and retention. The role emphasizes professional phone interactions and timely responses.

The position starts at $15/hour, with a raise to $16/hour after one year. Equipment is shipped to home, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.

Competenze

• Outbound calling experience or customer outreach experience.
• Ability to build relationships over the phone.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with computer-based tools and order processing.

Mansioni

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote and sell CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention.
• Assess patient usage and satisfaction to maximize engagement in the S3 program.
• Process orders according to client procedures and maintain high phone etiquette.
• Return voicemails promptly and safeguard information.
