Transcom is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support skincare and cosmetics products from a home-based setting in the United States. You will answer questions, explain formulations, and recommend alternatives to customers.

The role requires strong English communication, reliable internet, and the ability to handle high-volume inbound calls within a fixed schedule. Training, health benefits, and 401(k) are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to work full-time in a remote, home-based role.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Experience in skincare/cosmetics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about products and provide recommendations.
• Explain changes in product formulations.
• Inform customers about similar products and make recommendations.
• Handle safety reports and feedback to improve services.
• Collaborate with influencers/partners on collaboration or samples.
• Monitor and record user feedback to improve services and products.
