Training is provided, with full-time hours and remote collaboration with a nationwide team. The position emphasizes listening, empathy, and step-by-step guidance while handling high-volume inquiries.

Qualifications

• Excellent English written and verbal communication required.
• Able to type at least 25 wpm and use multiple applications daily.
• Willingness to follow procedures and adhere to policies.
• Comfortable working remotely in a structured, full-time schedule.
• Experience in skincare/cosmetics customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer product questions and explain changes in formulations.
• Provide recommendations and information about similar products.
• Record and monitor customer feedback to improve services.
