Job summary

WCG is seeking an experienced Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch site survey program. You will own the full survey lifecycle from instrument design to client readouts and will connect insights to product and service development across WCG’s global research network.

You will manage cross-functional teams, design multi-language surveys, and deliver client-ready insights with a strong emphasis on site perspectives to strengthen sponsor, CRO, and site relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys or voice-of-customer research programs.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with experience delivering findings to executive audiences.
• Strong writing skills for reports, publications, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of the CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program from design to readout.
• Facilitate CenterWatch Forum discussions; prepare materials and draft questions.
• Design survey instruments with the Benchmarking & Analytics team; optimize attributes and reduce respondent burden.
• Plan survey distribution and fielding across multi-language sites; monitor responses.
• Analyze survey results; translate data into actionable insights and narratives.
• Develop benchmark reports and client deliverables with regional analyses; support client meetings.
