Job summary

WCG in the United States seeks a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions to ensure a seamless client experience at every touchpoint, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth while leading cross-functional teams across Data & Insights, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development support, commercial operations, account management, or client experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in clinical trial and healthcare data (clinical trial data, RWD/RWE, EHR/claims, data standards such as CDISC) and ability to lead technical discussions.
• Experience translating complex analytic findings into clear business recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
