This role owns the full survey lifecycle - instrument design and development, distribution and fielding across WCG's global network of research sites, analysis and interpretation of results, and delivery of client readouts - and connects survey insights to other WCG business units to strengthen site engagement, inform product and service development, and deepen sponsor, CRO, and site relationships.

  • Serves as a voice of the site within WCG - builds and maintains trusted relationships with investigators, research coordinators, and site leadership; partners with sites to test survey flow, logic, and feasibility and ensures the site perspective informs WCG products and services.
  • Connects survey findings and site insights to other WCG business units; identifies and pursues cross-business opportunities to act on what sites are telling us.
  • Partners with marketing and commercial teams to promote survey participation and support commercialization of benchmark reports and related offerings.
  • Monitors industry trends in site engagement, site burden, and clinical trial operations to keep the survey program current and differentiated.
