Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions to ensure a seamless, data-driven client experience across touchpoints, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive relationship management and operational excellence.

This role partners with Business Development, Data & Insights, and other teams to shape strategy, lead cross-functional efforts, and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) preferred.
• 8+ years in business development support, commercial operations, account management, or client experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a scalable client success strategy aligned with company goals and client needs.
• Leads client-facing marketing/operations and owns the annual business plan.
• Directs resolution of complex client-facing problems and negotiates priorities.
• Partners with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represents the voice of the customer in internal planning and product development.
