Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to lead budgeting and contracting for sponsor-dedicated US trials. You will develop budgets, negotiate with academic partners, and draft CTAs to balance risk and value across oncology studies.

You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and academic sites to drive timelines, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality contracting solutions in a fast-paced, remote-ready environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage US site budgets and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business objectives with protections.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure timelines, risk management, and compliance on CTA projects.
