Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager (Sponsor Dedicated / Remote - US Based) to develop and negotiate US site budgets and clinical trial agreements for Pharma & Vaccine studies.

You will partner with internal teams and major academic institutions to craft contracts that balance risk and value while driving timelines. The role emphasizes strong negotiation, project leadership across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred), and mastery of Excel/CTMS to keep trackers

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsabilités

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine clinical trials.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and draft/finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business objectives with protections.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across several therapeutic areas, with oncology experience preferred.
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Demonstrate expert proficiency in Excel and clinical trial management systems; maintain trackers and communicate effectively.
• Compliance, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Deepen knowledge of GCP, sponsor processes, SOPs, and innovating to simplify workflows.
