Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to lead budgets and clinical trial agreements for sponsor-dedicated studies in the US. You will negotiate with major academic institutions, develop templates, and ensure compliant, timely CTA execution while balancing business objectives and risk.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners across oncology-focused trials, manage multiple contracting projects, and mentor teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & template development for US site budgets and trial language.
• Contract negotiation & risk management with academic institutions and stakeholders.
• Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas; oncology preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers and clear communication.
• Support compliance, SOPs, and process improvements; train team members as needed.
