Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Site Contracts Specialist for remote/home-based work across the United States.

The role involves leading multi-country contract negotiations, producing site-specific contracts from templates, and coordinating with the Site Contract Service Centre and Legal teams to ensure compliance with sponsor terms. You will manage budgets and timelines, review documents for accuracy, and mentor junior staff while supporting SOPs and training materials.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Moderate contracts management experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of the clinical development process and contracting parameters.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-country contracts negotiations and prepare site budgets.
• Produce site-specific contracts from templates and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with Site Contract Service Centre, SSU, and Legal.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines; escalate issues.
• Mentor junior staff and support SOP/WI training.
