Job summary

DSI Systems Inc. is seeking a Simulation Developer/Instructional Designer to create immersive simulations mirroring live customer calls and tech troubleshooting. This remote role supports a National Retail division, with a focus on improving handle time, CSAT, and first call resolution.

You’ll design real-world training, collaborate with SMEs and training teams, and roll out LMS-enabled programs while traveling up to 50% as needed. The position values creativity, speed, and clarity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in instructional design or call center training.
• Spanish/English bilingual is a strong plus.
• Strong skills in simulation tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
• Comfortable working with LMS platforms (SCORM/xAPI experience is a plus).
• Strong communicator who can break down complex processes.
• Able to travel 30-50% and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design simulations using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Build training that matches real call flows, tools, and customer issues.
• Work with stakeholders to fix gaps and improve performance.
• Use feedback and data to refine your content.
• Help roll out new training in our Learning Management System (LMS) and support users when needed.
