Job summary

TheCorporate is seeking an Instructional Designer to lead the development and maintenance of training content, aligning with safety standards and business needs. You will collaborate with Curriculum Development experts and SMEs to create engaging, standards‑driven learning solutions for our workforce.

In this role you will design objectives, analyze content, craft materials, and manage timelines and feedback within a remote, national delivery model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, ILT/eLearning.
• Strong technical writing skills with clear, concise content.
• Solid grounding in adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Word; basic Excel familiarity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Define learning objectives, course structure, and assessments.
• Analyze content and tasks to align with audience needs.
• Create project plans and track budgets as needed.
• Develop learning materials adhering to company standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs through meetings and content reviews.
• Incorporate feedback and manage deadlines independently.
• Proactively communicate issues and risks for smooth execution.
