Job summary

DMS International is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to join our learning services team. The candidate will design and develop classroom and technology-based courseware using ADDIE/ISD, partnering with SMEs and stakeholders, and piloting learning solutions.

3–5 years of ISD design experience and Articulate Storyline proficiency are required. Remote work with standard hours; FAA DoD government experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training design and development using ADDIE/ISD.
• Experience designing learning programs to build leadership competency, especially for aspiring managers.
• Experience with Web-Based and In-Person Training.
• Knowledge of adult learning industry standards and best practices.
• Experience ISD support at customer sites for Federal Government preferred.
• FAA ATC/DoD government experience desirable.
• Proficient in developing e-learning using Articulate Storyline.
• Proficient in writing content, objectives, and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop classroom or technology-based courseware and materials, plus performance and job aids.
• Collaborate with SMEs and client stakeholders to design content and learning systems.
• Pilot and conduct testing at all levels.
• Research as directed and apply best practices per requirements.
