Job summary

Team Carney, Inc. seeks an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to support the FDIC Corporate University Course Maintenance Program. This remote, full-time role involves maintaining and modernizing a broad catalog of professional courses for FDIC with collaboration from SMEs and technical monitors.

You will develop WBT using Lectora, script multimedia with Camtasia, and ensure accessibility per Section 508 standards. Travel to Dallas occurs quarterly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional field instructional design experience.
• DHS Trusted Tester trained or certified or able to meet requirements for testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, revise, and modernize a catalog of courses and training collateral across ILT, VILT, WBT, video, and job aids.
• Update content to reflect regulatory, technical, or procedural changes.
• Develop asynchronous Web-Based Training using approved templates and authoring tools.
