Job summary

DMS International is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to join our learning services team. Remote position in the U.S. with 3–5 years of ISD design and development, including classroom and technology-based materials, and expertise in Articulate Storyline.

You will partner with SMEs and stakeholders to design content, pilot tests, and apply best practices to deliver effective learning for government and civilian clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in training design and development using ADDIE/ISD
• Experience building leadership development programs
• Experience with Web-Based and Instructor-Led Training
• Familiarity with adult learning standards and best practices
• ISD support at Federal Government sites preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and develop classroom or tech-based courseware and job aids
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to shape learning content
• Pilot and test materials at multiple levels
• Research and apply client-specific best practices
