SupportYourApp is seeking a Customer Support Consultant (short-term) to provide exceptional support via chat, calls, and email from a home office. You will diagnose issues, log tickets, and guide customers through solutions while collaborating with a global team.

The role emphasizes clear communication, problem-solving, and a positive, proactive approach in a fully remote, international environment. Duration: 4–5 months with USD compensation.

Competenze

• Excellent English skills (C1) for spoken and written communication.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
• Basic IT knowledge: Windows, macOS, web browsers, and general networking concepts.
• Basic telecom knowledge: activation, coverage issues, simple troubleshooting for wireless subscriptions.
• Strong communication skills, especially explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Curiosity with a problem-solving mindset; dig deeper when first answer fails.

Mansioni

• Deliver outstanding customer support via chat, calls and emails.
• Diagnose and solve common issues with accounts, the platform, software, and basic connectivity.
• Log, track, and update tickets with status, fix, and next steps.
• Escalate to 2nd/3rd line with clear context and learn from resolutions.
• Contribute to support guides and knowledge base for faster future resolutions.
• Maintain patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude with customers.
