Hay House is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize Shopify storefronts, translating marketing and sales goals into seamless customer experiences. You will oversee product data, merchandising, reporting, and integrations while collaborating with Marketing and Development teams.

The role is remote with eligibility for U.S. residents and offers a salary range of USD 65,000–75,000. You will drive performance and adapt to evolving e-commerce trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years Shopify administration in enterprise-level e-commerce.
• Experience partnering with technical teams and using analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Shopify operations across Hay House storefronts and data accuracy.
• Monitor storefront health, QA, troubleshooting, and data feeds.
• Lead storefront merchandising and CRO using data insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute Shopify campaigns and with Development to define requirements.
• Own e-commerce reporting via Shopify, GA4, and related tools.
