Job summary

Keller Executive Search is recruiting an E-Commerce Growth Manager for a client in the consumer commerce sector. This fully remote role leads direct-to-consumer e-commerce growth with Shopify performance, CRO, acquisition and retention strategies.

The candidate will translate data into initiatives across marketing, merchandising, operations and tech to drive revenue growth. Ideal candidates have hands-on Shopify management, 5+ years in e-commerce growth, and a disciplined testing and measurement

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce growth or a closely related role.
• Hands-on experience managing or optimizing a Shopify-based store.
• Proven track record of driving growth in a DTC e-commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of CRO, acquisition, merchandising, and retention.
• Ability to interpret web analytics and performance metrics.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, operations and tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce growth roadmap and translate objectives into initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront including merchandising, pages and promotions.
• Analyze traffic, conversion, revenue, AOV, CAC, retention and LTV.
• Develop and run structured CRO and A/B testing programs.
• Partner with marketing to improve paid, organic, email, SMS, and lifecycle channels.
• Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchases and LTV.
• Coordinate with creative, merchandising, ops and technical partners to deliver growth initiatives.
• Build dashboards, forecasts and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging e-commerce trends and tools.
