Job summary

NEAT Method is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager for its Shopify-based sites. This pivotal role blends strategy with hands-on execution to drive revenue, optimize conversions, and govern the ecommerce roadmap.

You will lead the site re-platform, manage agency relationships, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Franchise teams to deliver strong, scalable growth across DTC, Trade, and franchise channels.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of ecommerce experience with ownership of channel performance or revenue goals.
• Shopify is required; Shopify Plus is preferred.
• Experience managing a site with multiple functions or audiences and prioritizing with data.
• Experience managing outside development, UX or SEO agencies.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Keen eye for detail with proven ability to execute accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive DTC and Trade ecommerce revenue, conversion rate, AOV and LTV with accountability for channel performance.
• Build and run the ecommerce roadmap; prioritize initiatives by revenue impact across a multi-function site.
• Manage daily site operations: product pages, tagging, imagery, and collection updates across stores.
• Lead a full site re-platform; manage agency requirements, timelines and launches.
• Own on-site SEO and collaborate with marketing on content initiatives.
• Coordinate with development/UX agencies to ensure timely releases and QA processes.
• Oversee the ecommerce app stack, vendor relationships and costs.
• Improve the Franchise Owner shopping experience with data-driven merchandising.
