Job summary

Seeking Health is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own and optimize the Shopify platform across UX, merchandising, and conversion optimization. You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Operations to educate customers and convert visits into revenue.

You will lead a direct report, drive site improvements, and implement data-driven merchandising and SEO strategies for a seamless DTC experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on ecommerce experience managing Shopify or similar platforms.
• Proven track record improving conversion rates and site performance at DTC brands.
• Strong technical proficiency with Shopify (Liquid, apps, theme customizations).
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and customizations.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion optimization tools (Hotjar, VWO, etc.).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, A/B testing methodology, and data-driven decision making.
• Project management skills coordinating multiple initiatives across technical and creative teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own our Shopify platform including technical aspects, app integrations, theme customization, and site performance.
• Continuously test and optimize the customer journey from homepage to checkout.
• Partner with design to create intuitive, educational experiences and mobile-first UX.
• Strategically organize and present our product catalog with educational content and cross-sells.
• Collaborate with Marketing on site content, SEO, and landing pages.
• Monitor key ecommerce metrics and drive insights with Analytics tools.
• Execute promotional campaigns and manage discount codes and banners.
• Manage one direct report, providing mentorship and setting goals.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Stay current on ecommerce trends and test new apps and features.
