Job summary

Entertainment Retail Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Shopify E-Commerce Specialist to bridge digital merchandising with web development across multiple storefronts. You will manage product listings, catalog data, and content quality, while also hands-on customizing themes, extending app functionality, and running A/B tests to improve conversion and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing product listings in Shopify ecommerce environment.
• Hands-on Shopify experience: theme customization, app management, Liquid templating.
• Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—ability to write and debug code.
• Experience with structured data imports for catalog management (CSV, bulk edit tools).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, heatmapping tools, or session recording platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices as they apply to product pages and site architecture.
• Comfortable using Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Foundational understanding of NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Own product listings across multiple Shopify storefronts and ensure data quality.
• Manage catalog data, A+ content, and structured data imports (CSV/bulk uploads).
• Identify site issues with analytics tools and implement fixes, not just surface them.
• Customize Shopify themes (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support new features.
• Research, evaluate, install, and configure Shopify apps; build lightweight custom solutions.
• Design and run A/B tests on product pages, navigation, and checkout flows to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with leadership to scope and prioritize new site features and lead implementation.
• Support automated testing and QA processes for site changes.
