Job summary

Hay House, Inc. seeks a Senior E‑Commerce Specialist to own our Shopify storefronts, translating business goals into customer experiences through administration, merchandising, product management, reporting, and integrations. Reporting to the Director of E‑Commerce, you’ll focus on storefront health, QA, data‑driven merchandising, and collaboration with Marketing and Development.

Remote role open to eligible U.S. states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of Shopify administration in enterprise‑level e‑commerce.
• Experience partnering with technical teams and using analytics to improve performance.
• Experience managing multiple Shopify storefronts or growing multi‑site platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day Shopify operations across Hay House storefronts, including data, collections, pricing, promotions, and integrations.
• Monitor storefront health, QA, troubleshooting, and data accuracy.
• Lead storefront merchandising and CRO using performance data to improve discovery and conversions.
• Partner with Marketing to execute campaigns and with Development to define requirements and QA.
• Own e‑commerce reporting through Shopify, GA4 and related tools; translate data into insights.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve workflows while maintaining human oversight.
• Create and maintain SOPs and stay current on Shopify capabilities and trends.
