Job summary

Hay House is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Specialist to serve as Hay House’s Shopify expert, keeping our growing portfolio of storefronts running smoothly and improving performance through day-to-day administration, merchandising, product management, reporting, and integrations.

Reporting to the Director of E-Commerce, you’ll translate business and marketing goals into effective customer experiences, collaborate with Marketing and Development, and drive sales with data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong e-commerce judgment connecting catalog data, platform config, feeds, and storefront experiences.
• Analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Tech fluency to write clear requirements and work with developers.
• Comfort with AI/automation with emphasis on accuracy and privacy.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Shopify operations across multiple storefronts (products, catalogs, pricing, promotions, collections).
• Maintain data accuracy, QA, issue escalation, and data feeds integration.
• Lead merchandising and CRO using performance data to improve discovery and conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute campaigns and with Development to define requirements and QA.
• Own e-commerce reporting using Shopify/GA4 and monitor new channels.
