Job summary

TopDog Law, a nationally scaling personal injury firm, oversees settlements from intake through litigation with a focus on client experience and outcomes. This fully remote role leads the settlement team to ensure timely, accurate processing and compliance while maximizing client satisfaction and firm profitability.

You will supervise daily operations, enforce policy, coach staff, and collaborate with attorneys, finance, and operations to optimize settlement workflows and maintain high quality

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in legal settlements or personal injury.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience required.
• Strong knowledge of lien resolution and settlement statements.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with case management and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily settlement operations and manage team workloads
• Ensure settlement packets, disbursements, liens, and closing statements are accurate and timely
• Monitor case progression from resolution through final payout
• Enforce compliance with firm policies, regulatory standards, and ethics
• Serve as escalation point for complex settlement issues
• Coach, train, and develop settlement staff
• Track KPIs and productivity; report trends to leadership
• Partner with attorneys, finance, and leadership to optimize processes
• Maintain quality assurance and conduct regular audits
