Arrow Electronics is seeking a Services Sales Representative to grow Professional, Managed, and Support Services through a channel-first approach. You will identify, qualify, and close services opportunities with channel partners and account executives, delivering outcomes across Modern Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Data & AI, and Hybrid IT.

In this role you’ll build multi-year services roadmaps, develop partner plans, and drive recurring revenue while collaborating with solution architects

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience selling Professional Services, Managed Services, or Support Services within IT channel ecosystems.
• Proven success selling through channel partners and managing complex sales opportunities.
• Experience developing recurring revenue including managed services, subscriptions, renewals, and lifecycle services.

Responsabilités

• Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting through renewal and контракт execution.
• Negotiate service agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and MSAs when appropriate.
• Develop partner account plans and drive recurring revenue growth across services.
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, and delivery teams to craft customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and provide reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
