Job summary

Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences cloud company, seeks a Services Engagement Manager to strategize and deliver client engagements for Professional Services. The role focuses on RFx responses, Proposals, and Statements of Work, with travel as needed.

You will work remotely within North America in a customer-facing capacity, partnering with executives to drive value and alignment across multiple functional areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering software implementation and enhancement projects.
• 1+ years of experience scoping/defining project plans and SOWs for software implementations is a plus.
• Background in Life Sciences, Health Care, or Tech preferred; experience with Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, or RIM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell the value of Veeva Services to educate customers on methodology and outcomes.
• Design and prescribe the best professional services model per customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, strategy, services, and consulting.
• Own a high-volume pipeline with disciplined data management and clear stakeholder communication.
• Provide thought partnership and lead with diplomacy to drive results without direct reporting lines.
