This remote, full-time role sits on the Commercial Content Applications team, delivering implementation services for PromoMats, MedComms, and MedInquiry with a strong focus on customer success.

You will partner with customers, run discovery workshops, articulate complex concepts to executives, and drive successful deployments while balancing travel requirements and ongoing

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting or equivalent experience.
• Industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Document/Content Management.
• Proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels.
• Strong presentation and solution design skills.
• Travel requirements up to 25% depending on team and post-implementation role

Responsibilities

• Lead customers in discovery workshops aligning with best practices and drive to solutions.
• Articulate complex client and solution concepts to audiences of varying perception levels.
• Develop and leverage Vault platform expertise.
• Plan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities.
• Identify and monitor interdependencies between program work streams.
• Create project deliverables and standards (e.g., process standards).
• Plan after-go-live activities including ongoing support and changes to align to full capabilities.
