Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Services Engagement Manager to drive strategy, design, and delivery of Professional Services for life sciences customers. You will own end-to-end engagement design, coordinating across teams to deliver high-impact programs.

This remote, full-time role requires 3+ years in software implementation and 1+ years scoping projects, ideally with Life Sciences or Healthcare experience. Travel 10-15% may be needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering software implementation and enhancement projects.
• 1+ years scoping/defining project plans, resource models, and negotiating Statements of Work for software implementation projects a plus.
• Background in Life Sciences, Health Care, or Tech preferred.
• A problem-solving and customer-service oriented mentality to drive the positioning and sales of professional services.
• Remote role based in North America, with ability to work across time zones and travel when required (~10-15%).

Responsibilities

• Define and prescribe the best Professional Services model for a given customer, based on their needs and objectives, through Proposals, Statements of Work, and RFx responses.
• Educate customers on the value of Veeva Services and set expectations of scope and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, strategy, services, consulting, and solutions to optimize engagement.
• Own a high-volume pipeline with disciplined execution, timely communication, and data integrity.
• Provide leadership through influence, partnering with executives without a direct reporting line.
