Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow design, implementation, and administration with leadership exposure.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP.
• Broad ITSM/CMDB/CSDM experience with ITOM/CSM or related modules.
• Proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience and ITIL v4 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, plan tasks, review code, and ensure quality for a team.
• Enforce development standards, scope, and release workflows to minimize debt.
• Mentor on scripting, Flow Designer, and platform upgrades.
• Architect end-to-end solutions using OOTB capabilities across core modules.
• Design integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, and Mid Servers.
• Establish CMDB hierarchy rules, data reconciliation, and discovery schedules.
• Translate business needs into technical stories and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize backlog and drive sprint execution.
• Serve as escalation point for production incidents and complex bugs.
