Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead for a full-time remote opportunity in the United States. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture guidance, and delivery oversight for the ServiceNow platform, bridging business stakeholders and developers to drive platform roadmap execution.

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow design, implementation, and admin experience.
2+ years leading technical teams or projects.
Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 and automated test frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations, planning, code reviews, and QA for a team of developers and admins.
Enforce development standards, release management, and minimize technical debt.
Mentor on scripting, Flow Designer, and platform upgrades.
Design end-to-end solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSDM/CMDB, HRSD, and more.
Architect integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, and Mid Servers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize backlog and manage sprints.
Serve as escalation point for production incidents.
