Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead for a full-time remote opportunity. The candidate must be located in the US and will provide hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture guidance, and delivery oversight for the ServiceNow platform, bridging business stakeholders and developers to execute platform roadmaps.

Qualifications

6+ years of ServiceNow design, implementation, and administration.
At least 2+ years leading technical teams or projects.
Proven ITIL v4 experience and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations, task planning, code reviews for a team.
Enforce development standards and release management workflows.
Mentor on scripts, Flow Designer, and platform upgrades.
Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM.
Design integrations via Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, and MID Servers.
Translate complex requirements into user stories and roadmaps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage sprint backlogs and escalations.
