Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead for a full-time remote opportunity. The candidate must be located in the US. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, architecture guidance, and delivery oversight for the ServiceNow platform, bridging business stakeholders with developers.

Responsibilities include leading a team, enforcing development standards, mentoring on scripting and upgrades, and designing enterprise integrations across ITSM, ITOM, CSDM/CMDB, and HR/CS modules.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow design, implementation and admin work.
• At least 2+ years leading technical teams or projects.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB/CSDM and multiple core modules.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, ITIL v4, and ATF testing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations, task planning, code reviews and QA for a team.
• Enforce development standards, scoping, and release management to reduce debt.
• Mentor on script performance, Flow Designer automation, and upgrades.
• Architect end-to-end solutions using OOTB functionality across ITSM/ITOM/CMDB.
• Design integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP and Mid Servers.
• Establish CMDB class hierarchy, data reconciliation, and discovery schedules.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, diagrams and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Process Owners and IT Ops to prioritize backlog and sprints.
• Serve as escalation point for critical incidents and complex fixes.
