Job summary

Astrica is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and implement solutions for customers on the ServiceNow platform. You will drive best practices, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and act as a technical SME for engagements.

The role is remote-first with occasional on-site client work and a strong emphasis on Agile delivery, stakeholder communication, and continuous learning to stay ahead of platform updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with the product suite.
• 5+ years of client-facing professional consulting experience, preferably with ServiceNow.
• Experience leading agile engagements, sprint planning, and story refinement.
• Ability to estimate units of work and coach teams on development against user stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions for customers.
• Define approaches, lead scrums, and guide consulting resources on configuration.
• Estimate time/effort and communicate progress to the Engagement Manager.
• Oversee code reviews and Go-Live planning for customer projects.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with Business Process Consultants.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
