The ideal candidate will have hands-on platform design, integration expertise, and excellent communication to lead cross-functional teams through complex implementations while upholding best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect.
Strong hands-on experience with HRSD, SPM, Contracts Management, Legal Service Delivery / Legal Service Desk, and S2P.
Experience with platform architecture, integrations, solution design, and implementation.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, SPM, Contracts, Legal Service Delivery, and Source-to-Pay.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
Define platform architecture, technical standards, integration strategies, and implementation best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Provide architectural guidance, technical leadership, and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure platform performance, security, governance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
