Job summary

Spatial Front Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the overall design and development of the ServiceNow platform, providing technical guidance and escalation support to the development team and stakeholders.

The role supports customers to define requirements based on the latest ServiceNow features and works with Agile/SAFe teams to deliver value. A flexible, primarily remote arrangement with potential on-site support is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development including automation (orchestration), client scripts, UI actions, and web services integration SOAP/REST.
• 5+ years of Web development with HTML/CSS/SQL and at least one JS framework.
• Strong SDLC domain knowledge and experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent communication and ability to present complex ideas to senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of the ServiceNow platform and related architectures.
• Translate inputs from stakeholders into ServiceNow requirements and workflows.
• Design ServiceNow tables, flows, low code solutions, and integration patterns.
• Guide implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces with third parties.
• Contribute to releases and ensure documentation of architecture.
• Support Agile/SAFe practices, estimate effort, and assess system complexity.
• Provide technical guidance and escalation support to the development team.
