Job summary

Techaxis, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow initiatives for US-based clients with a remote-oriented setup.

You will guide ITSM/ITOM/HRSD transformations, govern security and monitoring, and mentor teams through complex integrations and multi-instance deployments. Strong client-facing and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow implementation and transformations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform assessment and best practice recommendations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
• Experience in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations.
• Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development.
• Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with third-party tools, Orchestration, and CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and transformation programs in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
• Design technical solutions and best practices based on customer requirements.
• Review requirements to ensure detailed estimates and scope.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the project team.
• Coordinate deployments and integrations with external tools.
