This role blends hands-on configuration and development with client advisory, platform strategy, governance, and process optimization. The successful candidate will help clients maximize their ServiceNow investments by developing strategic roadmaps, optimizing platform capabilities, and aligning technical solutions with business

Qualifications

• Deep ServiceNow technical expertise across modules.
• Ability to map business needs to ServiceNow capabilities.
• Experience developing technical proposals and SOWs.
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with governance models and KPI design.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state strategies.
• Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and priorities.
• Design governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks.
• Configure and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and HRSD modules.
• Manage integrations with Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, and JAMF.
• Prepare proposals and SOWs, and support pricing and resource planning.
